The Bill (Reg. No.2031) amends the Law "On State Support of Small-Scale Entrepreneurship" and the Economic Code of Ukraine.
Pursuant to the Bill, the enterprises whose number of personnel for the accounting (fiscal) year does not exceed 50 persons, and gross income obtained from the sale of goods (works, services) does not exceed 70 million UAH are regarded as small (irregardless of the form of ownership); the enterprises whose number of personnel for the accounting (fiscal) year exceeds 250 persons, and gross income obtained from the sale of goods (works, services) exceeds 100 million UAH, are regarded as large. Other enterprises are regarded as middle-sized.
Establishment of the top annual limit of sale for the subjects of small-scale entrepreneurship will justify the terms of competition, and unify the scope of Ukraine´s commitments to other States due to the WTO agreements.
